We want to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible, providing all the necessities so you don’t have to worry. At check-in, your Sanctuary will be equipped with:
• Linen, freshly laundered and ironed
• One bath towel and hand and face towels, one shampoo and one shower gel per person
• Hand soap in every bathroom and kitchen
• Kitchen basics
• Washing up liquid, new sponge, new cloth and a clean tea towel
• All basic cooking and serving equipment is in your kitchen (pots, pans, plates, knives and forks etc) and yes we do have wine glasses and champagne flutes (enough for the max capacity of the apartment but we can get you more if you’re planning on having friends over).
• Iron, ironing board, hair dryer and emergency sewing kit
• First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

If you’re arriving late or for just one night with an early start, the last thing you want to do is go to the shops for coffee or milk. This is why we ensure all our properties contain vital kitchen basics including:

• Cooking oil, herbs and spices

Our team is always on hand to help you get the most out of your stay or arrange something special. If you contact us ahead of your stay to discuss your specific requirements, we can provide plenty of additional bespoke services, such as:
• Massage and beauty treatments – we can arrange for a mobile massage therapist to come to your Sanctuary or recommend a whole raft of nearby spas and beauty salons.
• Babysitting – want to escape the kids for a romantic meal? Don’t worry, we work with a local babysitting agency who can come take care of your little ones.
• Catering – want to stay in but don’t want to cook? Is it a special occasion which needs a cake? We can arrange for great local caterers to meet your every need.
