Toll Keeper’s House

Built into the side of Bath’s historic Cleveland Bridge, looking out over the river Avon, this Regency building offers guests a truly unique holiday home experience.

Originally a toll house, dating from 1827, the two-bedroom city centre property is built over three floors. The interior has been beautifully refurbished to provide comfort and convenience while preserving its traditional rustic charm.

The house has a garden sloping down to the water’s edge which boasts a terrace and summerhouse perfect for afternoon barbecues or pre-dinner drinks.
