New Bath holiday homes: Self catering properties welcomed in 2018
Happy New Year folks!
As we usher in 2019, we’ve been reflecting on the past year’s achievements here at Panda Sanctuaries. It has been an exciting 12 months with a series of beautiful new self catering properties in Bath coming under our umbrella.
As well as being named as an AirBnB Superhost after welcoming 889 guests from 16 countries to our Bath holiday homes in 2018 and receiving overwhelmingly positive reviews, we’ve added the following three rental properties to our varied collection:
Crescent Mews
We were proud to add this stunning self catering holiday apartment located next to one of Bath’s most iconic sights, the Royal Crescent, to our Sanctuaries in October 2018 and it has proven an instant hit with guests.
Newly refurbished, the two-bedroom first floor flat comfortably sleeps up to six guests. A light and spacious living room offers cosy seating around the electric fire and TV at one end, and a dining table at the other. French windows open onto a sheltered roof terrace where guests can enjoy al fresco dining on sunny days. The large fully equipped kitchen also opens onto the terrace.
The apartment is entered via Marlborough Buildings, which runs up the west side of the Royal Crescent, and benefits from being right next to Bath’s Royal Victoria Park. It is just 10 minutes’ walk from most of Bath’s city centre attractions making it a perfect base from which to explore the city.
Leopold House
We were thrilled to welcome this beautifully revamped former family home, which comfortably sleeps up to six people, to our self catering property selection in September 2018.
Sitting on a hill overlooking the city centre, the three-storey house backs onto a south facing tiered garden, bordered by Hedgemead Park, which creates a feeling of leafy tranquillity despite being within a five minutes’ walk from Bath’s bustling historic centre.
A kitchen, dining area and living room are situated on the ground floor and open onto the top garden terrace. The two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet are found on the two floors above.
The beautiful garden is built on three levels each of which have well-sheltered terraced seating areas, so guests can follow the sun throughout the day. A garage at the bottom of the garden provides off street parking for one car – a rare commodity in Bath!
Stylishly furnished while ensuring top levels of comfort, this is a truly welcoming home from home for families or groups of friends wishing to explore Bath.
Oldfield House
The latest addition to Panda Sanctuaries’ Bath holiday rentals, this chic three-bedroom home is located in a quiet residential area, just 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre attractions.
The large light kitchen dining room offers sweeping views across Bath while the elegant loft lounge above offers a perfect place to relax in front of the TV with loads of DVDs and board games to enjoy. With three generous double bedrooms and two bathrooms there is plenty of space for six guests to make themselves at home during their stay.
As we enter the New Year, we’re excited to be preparing to bring yet more wonderful Bath self catering properties to the Panda Sanctuaries collection, so watch this space!
